Sohrevardi

Project specifications

On the edge of Sohrevardi Street, where time hovers between the present and the past, the silent walls of an old building still stand, as if waiting for a new dialogue with the city.
Here, the sidewalk becomes a moment of pause—a chance to notice what is often overlooked.

The gentle curves and rhythms now lining the walkway neither mimic the past nor detach from it. They are a subtle attempt to weave a soft connection between the worn presence behind the scenes and the lively flow of the street.
A simple, light structure allows the old building to keep breathing, while also providing spaces to sit, find shade, and experience everyday life.

Here, architecture is not merely an intervention; it is a stage for the ongoing conversation between history and humanity.
