Project specifications

This project is located in Isfahan, Parvin St.
The idea of forming the building form is based on establishing the same language of the project with the adjacent building.
The facade shell with vertical and inclined surfaces directs the light into the interior spaces. In this way, natural light can be used most of the day.
Choosing the combination of brick and stone while visually coordinating with each other has been done in order to respect the city and accompany as much as possible the surrounding buildings. It should be noted that along with the design of the entrance facade of the building, it is also designed with an emphasis on inviting the space.
The ground floor consists of two parts, which is the western part of the residential unit and the eastern part is the lobby, which are separated from each other by the vestibule.
In addition to having sitting and waiting areas, the lobby has a guard post and security equipment.
In the central part of the lobby, a round exposed staircase is designed as a sculpture.
This five-story residential project includes six residential units.
