The redesign of Golsam Sepahan’s headquarters presented an opportunity to breathe new life into an unfinished and existing structure.
The site consisted of two parts: an old building and an adjacent skeletal frame with completed slabs and columns.
Structural limitations in the annexed building redirected the design approach toward reinterpreting space rather than altering structure.
At the core of the concept lies a central atrium — the spatial heart that connects both volumes and orchestrates circulation.
Within this framework, workspaces, meeting zones, and pause areas are layered through varying degrees of transparency, redefining traditional office boundaries.
