Araman 1
Project specifications
Araman 1 project is located in Iman Street, Isfahan.
Today, due to the limitation of urban spaces for residence as well as the population density in the regions and the creation of different separation spaces due to the widening of the main passages in the urban landscape, small parts are created by themselves, which creates major problems in the field of optimal design.
The Merkur project is not exempted from these events, which created a land with an area of 195 square meters, therefore, creating a suitable urban structure for residents to benefit from the spatial diversity and view and the approach of modern Iranian architecture, looking at the past performance, led us to believe that in The design of the largest penancil project is based on the minimum urban openings and having light and shading of the outer volume inside the spaces for the use of the residents to create a personal green space in the facade and the necessary privacy for the residents.
Challenge-“
Optimum use of space, creation of different spatial diversity in floors (creating different architectural sequences) in a modern way and far from exaggeration.
Design idea-»
The design of the internal function of the project in the first and second floors in the form of integrated spaces and in the third and fourth floors in the form of spaces with a difference in level (duplex) with the creation of diverse internal views that are derived from the creation of public and private spaces in the architecture of the past along with dynamics in the body. They are internal. Also, in a very special way, with the minimal destruction of space, the exchange of space has taken place on the third and fourth floors in such a way that due to the location of the hall on one floor, by using the internal stairs, the private part of the unit happens on the other floor. fall
Finally, on the fifth floor of Alirgam, the windows on the north side are removed by creating side terraces to maximize the lighting of the private space, all of which, both the facade of the project and the functional spaces inside, are derived from the concept of calm and independent Iranian architecture.
