Tree Villa
Project specifications
The “Tree House” villa was designed around a simple yet powerful idea: preserving a mulberry tree that stood at the center of the site.
Instead of removing it, the design embraced it — forming a central courtyard around which all spatial functions were organized.
A Voronoi grid was used to define the layout, allowing the space to grow organically from the site’s natural conditions rather than imposed geometry.
This approach provided both logic and softness to the overall structure.
The project was zoned into public and private areas, connected by a suspended bridge — offering a unique experience of spatial transition and perspective.
Lightwells and vertical voids enhanced natural light, ventilation, and spatial quality.
This villa is not just about form; it is a dialogue with nature, embedded into every design decision from the ground up
