Mofrad

Project specifications

“Mofrad” emerges from the dialogue between history and modernity, inspired by a historic dovecote adjacent to the site.

A detailed analysis of the dovecote’s structure and grid logic led to the development of a generative system — not merely a visual pattern, but a conceptual framework guiding both spatial logic and form.

Multiple design alternatives were tested within this grid until a contemporary architectural language emerged — one that resonates with historical roots.

This conceptual grid extended to the project’s façade, where an abstracted order helped regulate light, ensure privacy, and enrich spatial quality.

Northern terraces became a crucial spatial gesture, linking indoor functions with open views while maintaining privacy and access to natural light.

“Mofrad” is a poetic fusion of memory and modern design — a space where the past quietly informs the present, and geometry becomes a vessel of harmony
